Philips’ fully automatic espresso machines bring café-quality coffee to home users, but the challenge was to increase awareness and attract high-intent buyers. We needed to position the machine as an essential appliance for coffee lovers, ensuring that potential customers not only discovered it but felt compelled to make a purchase.
To achieve this, we focused on creating strong demand among home baristas and coffee enthusiasts, generating high-quality leads through targeted marketing. We leveraged influencer collaborations to build trust, showcased real-time usage, and optimized ad performance to maximize reach and conversions.
Our Workflow
Step 1: Influencer Collaborations
We partnered with top coffee influencers to create engaging content, demonstrating the machine’s features. Additionally, we organized a live coffee workshop with a professional barista to give potential buyers a hands-on experience.
Step 2: Creative Execution
Developed compelling video and static ad creatives that highlighted the machine’s ease of use, premium quality, and café-style brewing capabilities, reinforcing the value proposition.
Step 3: Lead Generation Strategy
Designed and optimized a high-converting lead form, ensuring potential customers could easily express interest, resulting in a streamlined customer acquisition process.
Step 4: Ad Strategy & Optimization
Ran Meta lead generation campaigns, consistently refining audience targeting to reach coffee enthusiasts, home baristas, and premium appliance buyers, ensuring every ad dollar was spent effectively.
